Here is some interesting things I am finding out about different types of diets. Low Calorie Diets ARE EXTREMELY DANGEROUS, Low Carb Plans ARE WAY TOO STRICT, Low Fat Foods JUST DON'T WORK and Weight Watchers® & Jenny Craig® Diet Plans Take Too Long and cost a lot of money.
I have read many places that you must eat more than 3 times per day if you want to really lose weight. I truly believe this might be what I need to do to lose this extra 20 pounds.
Believe it or not – after every meal you eat, your brain releases two types of hormones into your body. One hormone controls fat burning and the other controls fat storage. Believe it or not the body doesn’t care what type of food you put in it – it will be stored or burned up as energy either way!
