Blog Prompt - "Would you eat a bowl of live crickets for $40,000? Explain why or why not?"
Yes, I believe I could eat crickets for that amount of money. And the main reason is because my husband has worked so hard to make sure he had money for his retirement and make life better for us, I would want to give him that money so that maybe I can get him to take some time off and enjoy life for a couple of weeks. Even though he has retired from the fire department, he still works on the rentals and now we have started a painting business.
I want him to enjoy life now that he is 60 and take him to Switzerland to see where his dad was during WWII.

I would so eat the crickets for the money! I think that's a great deal, just 5 live crickets for $40,000. We could really use that money right now, mainly to have some money to fall back on in case times get any tighter, but I'd also love to finally pay off my student loans.
oh yea... why not do it... crickets aren't as bad as eating a big bowl of worms
Not a chance! I am terrified of crickets! My brother used to 'torture' me with them. No amount of money would be worth it.
What a question! I certainly wouldn't enjoy it, but I think I would find a way to force myself to eat them for that much money!

Yes, I live in Southeast Florida-an hour from Ft. Lauderdale, near West Palm Beach.
I'd eat the crickets for the money, if I can mix them with something to make them taste good!
